HandyLeads ("we", "our", or "us"), operated by HandySolver Systems, is committed to protecting the professional and personal data entrusted to us. This policy outlines our data handling practices for the HandyLeads mobile application and associated services.
1. Information We Collect
To provide a high-performance CRM experience, we collect and process the following data:
- User Profile Data: Name, professional email, and profile image retrieved via Google Sign-In or provided during registration.
- Lead Information: Lead details including names, phone numbers, email addresses, project interest, budget ranges, custom tags, and timeline notes.
- Audio Recordings: When using AI Call Intelligence, we collect temporary audio recordings of business calls (processed via expo-audio) to generate transcriptions.
- Communication Metadata: Interactions managed via the Meta Cloud API (WhatsApp) including message content, timestamps, and status for synchronization with the lead timeline.
- Device Information: Unique device identifiers, OS versions, and push notification tokens to ensure reliable service delivery and security.
2. Processing and AI Intelligence
We leverage advanced AI to simplify your workflow:
- Gemini AI Integration: Audio recordings and message contents are processed using Google Gemini 1.5 Flash to generate automated summaries, sentiment analysis, and intent extraction. This data is processed in real-time and stored within your isolated organization database.
- Hinglish Support: Our AI models are specifically tuned to handle mixed-language (Hindi/English) sales calls common in the Indian real estate market.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted infrastructure providers necessary for app functionality:
- Supabase Inc.: For secure database hosting, real-time synchronization, and authentication. Data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases with row-level security.
- Meta Platforms, Inc.: For facilitating WhatsApp outreach via the Meta Cloud API v19.0+.
- Google Generative AI: For processing call intelligence and transcriptions.
4. Security & Isolation
Data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL with strict row-level security (RLS) policies. All lead data is isolated by unique Organization IDs, ensuring that members of one organization can never access the data of another. We utilize industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
5. Account Management & Data Retention
We retain data for as long as your account remains active. You have the following options:
- Leave Organization: Temporarily or permanently leave your organization. Your data remains with the organization and is restored if you rejoin.
- Delete Account: Permanently delete your user account. Your personal credentials are removed, but organizational data (leads, calls) remains for business continuity.
