You have complete control over your account and data. Choose the option that best fits your needs:

Leave Organization

Temporarily or permanently leave your current organization. Your data remains intact and can be restored if you rejoin.

What Happens When You Leave

Your leads, call history, and WhatsApp conversations remain in the organization. If you rejoin using the same organization code, your data is instantly restored with a "Welcome Back" message.

  • Your personal data (name, email, phone) is removed from the organization
  • All your leads, tasks, and call recordings stay with the organization
  • You can rejoin anytime with the organization code
  • Rejoining restores all your previous data and assignments

Organization Owners: You must transfer ownership to another member before leaving. This ensures the organization continues smoothly without interruption.

Delete Account

Permanently delete your user account. This removes your access but preserves all organizational data.

Important: Account Deletion vs Data Deletion

Deleting your account removes your login credentials and personal information. However, all business data (leads, calls, WhatsApp messages) you created remains with the organization to ensure business continuity for your team.

  • Your login credentials are permanently removed
  • You will be logged out from all devices
  • Organization data (leads, tasks, calls) remains untouched
  • If you sign up again, it creates a completely new account
  • No data recovery possible for your personal profile
