You Control Your Data
HandyLeads gives you full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app — no emails, no requests, no waiting.
How to Delete Your Account (In-App)
Open Settings
Tap the Profile tab (bottom right) → scroll to the Administration section.
Go to Manage Account
Tap "Manage Account" to access account settings.
Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account". Confirm your choice. Your account and all associated data are permanently removed immediately.
Automatic Cleanup
All leads, messages, recordings, files, and personal information are permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
What Gets Deleted
- Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, profile photo
- Lead Data: All leads, notes, call recordings, scanned documents
- Messages: WhatsApp message history and templates
- Payment Records: Expense and payment history
- Account Data: Authentication credentials, organization membership
- Files: Uploaded documents, card scans, audio recordings
Immediate Deletion
Data is deleted immediately when you delete your account or leads. There is no retention period — the DELETE operation runs directly on the database and cannot be undone.
