What happens when I leave an organization?

When you leave an organization, your personal profile is removed but all your data (leads, calls, tasks) remains with the organization. If you rejoin later using the organization code, your data is instantly restored with a "Welcome Back" message. This ensures business continuity for your team.

I'm the organization owner. How do I leave?

As an owner, you must first transfer ownership to another member before leaving. Go to Settings > Team Members, select a trusted member, and use the "Transfer Ownership" option. Once transferred, you can leave the organization normally.

What's the difference between "Leave Organization" and "Delete Account"?

Leave Organization: Removes you from the org but your data stays. You can rejoin anytime.
Delete Account: Permanently removes your login credentials. Your organizational data remains, but you cannot recover your account. Creating a new account gives you a fresh start.

Can I rejoin an organization after leaving?

Yes! Use the same organization code you originally joined with. Upon rejoining, you'll see a "Welcome Back" message and all your previous data (leads, tasks, call history) will be restored exactly as you left it.

How do I set up the WhatsApp Meta Cloud API?

Navigate to Settings > Customization in the HandyLeads app. You will need your Phone Number ID, WABA ID (WhatsApp Business Account ID), and a Permanent Access Token from the Meta Developers Portal. This configuration enables high-throughput outreach directly via Meta's infrastructure.

How does the AI Call Intelligence work?

HandyLeads uses Google Gemini 1.5 Flash to analyze your sales calls. It transcribes the conversation (supporting Hinglish) and extracts key intents, sentiment, and action items. These are automatically synced to your lead profile and task list for zero-effort documentation.

Why are my WhatsApp templates not appearing?

HandyLeads only fetches templates that are in APPROVED status within your Meta Business Suite. If you just created a template, wait for Meta's review. Once approved, use the "Refresh" button in the Template Library to pull the latest versions.

Why can't I send more than 15 WhatsApps at once?

To protect your WhatsApp Business reputation and prevent Meta from flagging your account for spam, we limit batch outreach to 15 leads. This "Quality Protection" gate ensures higher deliverability and keeps your business account in good standing.

Does the AI understand mixed Hindi-English (Hinglish)?

Yes. Our Gemini-powered engine is specifically optimized for Indian real estate sales contexts. It accurately identifies intents like "Site Visit" or "Budget Inquiry" even when speakers switch between languages naturally.

Is my lead data isolated from other organizations?

Yes. HandyLeads uses a strict multi-tenant architecture with Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS). Data is siloed by unique Organization IDs. Members of one organization can never access or see the data of another, even on shared infrastructure.

Can I use HandyLeads offline?

Absolutely. HandyLeads is built with an offline-first architecture using Zustand persistence. All changes are saved to your local device immediately and synchronized with Supabase as soon as a 5G or WiFi connection is detected.

Why does the app ask for Microphone and Contact access?

Microphone: Required for AI Call Intelligence to record and analyze your sales calls.
Contacts: Needed to sync your existing phonebook leads into the CRM pipeline instantly.

Can I log in without a Google Account?

Currently, HandyLeads uses Google Secure Sign-In as the mandatory authentication method. This ensures enterprise-grade security and allows seamless synchronization of your professional profile across devices.
